THE BRIEF
The goal is to develop an online platform that enables the bank and its associated law firms to expedite the home loan application process. Currently, the reliance on traditional paperwork by some law firms significantly slows down loan approvals.
DBS aims to enhance the customer experience for this segment by making the process faster and more efficient, aligning with its objective of making banking a more joyful experience.
